The West German security police, Verfassungsschutz, needs help infiltrate an organization related to Rote Arm Fraktion. Swede James Bondkar Hamilton went to Hamburg disguised as a Swedish officer and was deported after being exposed as an East German spy. He made contact with the terrorists and joined them. They are planning to attack the Central Intelligence Agency headquarters in Stockholm together
