The Porters have just moved to a rental apartment in San Francisco. Old Harry Potter and his wife Anne took the package to the apartment, while their son Harry Jr. and daughter Wendy Anne stayed on the sidewalk. Wendy went to the laundry room and met the evil troll Troll. Troll used his magic ring to occupy Wendy and transformed the residents and their apartments into other trolls and his kingdom in her form. Little Harry felt that his sister had a problem, so he sought help from the good witch Eunice Saint Claire who lived in this building.
