During the Pacific War (1941-1945), a young Korean man named Matsodo of Japan voluntarily joined the student army to support Japanese militarism and was deployed on the front line in Myanmar. Despite suggestions from his fellow Korean student soldiers, he did not regret his actions. Then, he met the female resistance warrior Hulasen who fought for Myanmar's independence. Through her, he felt the sadness and anger of the oppressed people from within. Finally, he aimed his gun at the Japanese invading army and joined the Myanmar Independence Front. At that time, he will welcome North Korea's independence on August 15th.
