The West German security police, Verfassungsschutz, needs help infiltrate an organization related to Rote Arm Fraktion. Swede James Bondkar Hamilton went to Hamburg disguised as a Swedish officer and was deported after being exposed as an East German spy. He made contact with the terrorists and joined them.
