Every month, before she and her husband resume their marriage, Michal immerses herself in Mikveh as part of a religious ritual. When the long awaited night arrived, nothing happened between them. The absence of her husband and the deterioration of their intimate relationship have led her to doubt his true identity. "Desire" depicts an introverted woman who is losing her female image and burning in her own desires. Michal is a young religious woman who married Yeshiva student Meir. She noticed that her husband was getting farther away from her and didn't want to sleep with her. She paid special attention to observing the precepts of the Jewish faith, hoping that this would solve the problem. When Michal discovered that her husband had an affair with a man, her world collapsed, and she was forced to face sexual exclusion from Meir, as well as social exclusion from society, which quickly judged a woman who must follow.
