08年美国次贷危机，热爱金融的人必看。电影本身拍的很好，不用多说。很深的体会，是在大萧条来临时，没有金融机构是可以独善其身的，而通过并购、接受政府纾困都是比较好的方式。更是展示了金融业本质：在刀尖上舔血。金融业里展现的是人类最原始的欲望和自利的本质，所以，必须有适当的监管和行业规定。

看到本片已经是17年了，以我的年龄对金融危机了解并不深。在之前“监守自盗”给了我很大的震撼，我看到了金融行业撬动整个世界。虽然是负作用的撬动。“监守自盗”倾向于将责任放到金融业，是金融业的贪婪导致了危机。本片是以当时美国财长汉克保尔森的视角，讲述财政部是怎样救援华尔街，这些银行又怎样变成了现在的庞然大物。
电影讲述的很浅薄，只展示了金融界与财政部面对危机到来时的一些手段，且是众所周知的手段。与其说是电影，不如说是将金融危机中的新闻片段重演，然后加入脑补。意义并不是很大。
在市场经济运转下，经济危机定会到来。这么多年来，不管是监管，还是改制等等，总是无法避免。中国也在走向危机，人们都看到房产泡沫，人们依然在涌向地产。只希望这个强有力的政府能避免经济的断崖。
对于大而不倒的企业，拆分也许是个好的办法。可惜的是在法律上，“大而不倒”并不是拆分的理由。
