剧情概要：
Max, a failed reclusive director, moved from New York to a seaside town after his wife's death. He struggled in the role of a parent for his son. At the same time, Eddie is increasingly involved in the underground culture of drugs, promiscuity, and gang violence. Despite Max's best efforts, the rift between them seems to be widening. Max jogs in the morning and often passes through psychics. She casually predicted that one night, a serial killer would attack Eddie on the beach. Eddie is tasting various medications and engaging in unprotected sexual activity with his friend Smiley.
