I've been dealing with depression too. So I think I can really relate to every feeling she's talking about.
One part that hit me so hard is that girl who wanna be a nurse; giving more rather than taking. It sounds cliché but it's really what I need right now. Also I wish I have more to give.

Thoughts:
1. what a delicate strong woman.
2. the more I know her, the more I love her.
3. we have to build the foundation first which is to love ourselves.
4. I can relate to the mental struggles so hard.
5. no matter how complex and messy inside, you are still enough anyway.
6. I cry, I feel, and look back to myself, one broken inside also, feel powerful.

[#赛琳娜·戈麦斯：我的思想和我-#] (《Selena Gomez: My Mind & Me 》)这部纪录片与其他音乐人的纪录片大不同，并没有太多音乐和表演，反而更多滴展示了一个患有疾病的女孩这几年的挣扎。怪不得这部目前要进入颁奖季，Depression, Anxiety, bipolar, Lupus。。。其他歌手的纪录片并没有这些，即便是打击最多也就是事业上的起落，而年轻的Selena 同时经历了这么多身体和精神上的折磨，确实是很多外界可能并不了解的。看得很痛苦。
观看此片时最难过的是，可以明显看出她并不健康，也不快乐

Selena很勇敢的分享了自己很多很私人的很痛苦的片段。她曾经想要把这些都埋藏起来，但是基于她的职业，说出来确实会帮助到很多深陷于痛苦之中的人们。
有很多人其实不了解精神病，很多精神病都是没有办法控制住自己的，特别是自己的想法。是大脑或身体的某部分出现了故障，某些化学成分异于常人。无论自己身处何种环境，做任何事情，都会引发这样那样的情绪或行为。特别是selena还有lupus，会加重她糟糕的精神状况。但是她挺过来了。

可能是最近吃瓜所以看了Selena的纪录片MeandMyMind，初高中会经常听whosays，是一首给过很多勇气的歌曲。大家或许都敏感过或者现在还在敏感中，怀疑过，不够自信过，当然也有开心和惊喜。我们常常会觉得后者是好的，前者就是不好的。其实很难讲，年纪越大我的感受就是，可以接受所有事物。因为很多事情发生就很难找到原因
