Friends of five haunted house enthusiasts are still working hard to recover from the trauma of being kidnapped by the Blue Skull on a previous Halloween, a group that elevates "extreme presence" to another level. They decided to face their fears in order to continue moving forward and return to the road to search for more haunted houses. However, the ominous signs of the blue skeleton reappeared
