When retired East End thug Charlie Archer was murdered by a brutal street gang, his brother Rich returned to London from Spain for investigation. As the police investigation went blank, Rich decided to take the law into his own hands and bring his ancient judicial system back to the streets of East London. Around his old company, he led a vigilante movement against evil young criminals, using all the means at his disposal to find and punish the perpetrators of his brother's murder. Their military strength far exceeds their opponents, but this company has never been defeated.
