剧情：Nora Ephron's autobiographical novel records her marriage breakdown with investigative journalist Carl Bernstein ("The President's Men"). The novel is adapted into a big screen by director Mike Nichols and solidly portrayed by Meryl Streep and Jack Nicholson. Rachel Samstadt (played by Streep) is Efron's substitute, a New York food writer who, despite initial doubts, fell in love with and married Washington political columnist Mark Forman (played by Nicholson).
